Mon Dieu, what a Wasteland! TS Eliot could write the script. And WHAT’s with Valdespin’s shirt hanging out of his pants? If it’s not his shirt, the next day it’s an enormous handkerchief. Hard to believe this hasn’t been brought to his attention. If the Mets coaches and “leadership” can’t correct him, MLB should. If not, half the league will be wearing their uniform pants down on their knees with polka dot underwear hanging out.

Well, waddaya know? Tonight, Valdespin had his shirt tucked in, and Dickey had to remove his bracelets. Looks like MLB is finally cracking down. Strange that Herman has to be the one to point all this out and not a sportswriter or one of the millions of European readers of this blog.
