Sveum, himself a lifetime .230 hitter, actually PRAISES his lethargic team filled with lazy and disinterested goofballs. When the Chicago Press questioned Soriano’s (the Cubs supposed “leader,”) continuous lazy play, Sveum actually said he didn’t see a problem and that when he, himself, was a player, he often didn’t run out balls either. Wow and double Wow!
