I’ll be making my way into the world for a pair of appearances in the LoHud universe this week.
On Thursday, June 16, Greg Prince and I will be reading from Dana Brand’s work over at the Tappan Free Ilbrary (93 Main Street, Tappan), starting at 7 PM. Come hear the distinctive voice of Dana Brand- I’ll do my best to do it justice.
On Saturday, June 18 at 2 PM, I’ll be signing copies of my new book, Taking the Field, at Barnes and Noble in Nanuet (140 Rockland Plaza, on Route 59). Come by for some Mets talk, and I will advise you which long-term Met jerseys to buy at the nearby Modell’s (spoiler alert! not Beltran or K-Rod).

Tappan is a little far for me….please let me know of any other tributes for Dana (i.e. anything at Hofstra). Thank you.
