Here is a wrap-up of last night’s 3-1 loss to the Nationals. The Mets only run came on an errant throw that landed in the Mets dugout after Angel Pagan hit a standup triple, scoring him. Otherwise, the Mets could’ve been shut out one more time. It was another pathetic outing with an error and no offense. The Mets lost the series to the Nationals. It can’t get much worse than this.
I’m sure you’ve heard all the talk about Mets vice president of player development Tony Bernazard and his temper tantrum in Binghamton. General Minaya Omar Minaya said the organization will investigate the incident. You can read more about it here.
