Carlos Delado’s aggravated sore hip has resurfaced and kept him out of tonight’s game. He also will sit tomorrow night and maybe the entire series vs. Atlanta. The Mets are flirting with placing him on the disabled list but are seeing how the hip reacts day to day.
Delgado could be asked to pinch hit if the need arises.
