K-Rod conference call postponed

Francisco Rodriguez was supposed to chat with reporters at 3:30 this afternoon but the call was canceled. It has yet to be rescheduled.
A Mets official said K-Rod was scheduled to fly home to Venezuela from New York today but his flight was delayed substantially and fouled up the timing.

Well, well, well. You stinkin Mets fans are pumping your chest hard after signing K- Rod and Putz. Well, let me a Phillies fan remind you that your starting rotation after Santana is garbage. Your bullpen still sucks before the 8th inning. Jose Reyes s still a Jack-ass who will always talk as big as Rollins, but will never be able to hold his jock strap. Delgado will not produce the midseason numbers he did last year, and Beltran will come up small for your club once again. Go ahead and trade your prospects for Marquis, he will just be another piece of litter in the trash heap that you call New York. Come September, you will again be looking up at the Phillies in the standings, as we will be on top once again. But rumor has it, David Wright prefers his men to be on top.
Freaken Philly fans that have to go onto Met websites and pages to make a comment about the Mets. You guys got a freaken fluke year out of Lidge who will give up a big homer again and then forget how to pitch AGAIN. Your bullpen isn’t that good either the only reason why the Phillies won was because Tampa was freaken tired out from playing the Red Sox until a game 7. Utley is out for like half the season for, Moyer had a fluke of a season, your rotation is Hamels and maybe Myers… if I’m not mistaken I think Hamels sucked when he pitched against the Mets… dude your Phillies got hot at the right time so shut up and pray that your team can even make the playoffs again.
Just to remind you, NY is the best city in the world, and Philadelphia was voted the ugliest city in the world. And also is commonly known to have the worst fans in the world.
Hahahahaha. You will always be jealous of New Yorkers for living a superior life than you. Just think, we get TWO teams, because thats how f##king great New York is compared to the slum that is Philadelphia.
Tisk Tisk Tisk… I hear that a normal response for inadequacy is anger and rage. You sophisticated comments prove that point. If you call a superior life living in one of the many god forsaken boros well you go ahead and believe that. Why don’t you go to Coney Island and get stabbed in the butt with some medical waste, I’ll be here in my cozy Philadelphia suburb(which by the way was voted “The best town to live in America by Fortune 500 3 years in a row now. NY is the best city in the world? Hardly, not even the best in this country, but hey opinions are like a**holes. yours just happens to smell the worst. NY sucks and the phillies will once again be taking a large bite out of your big apple ass.

1. The Mets are the bastard step child of New York
2. New York has two teams just so front runners like you can jump on which ever band wagon is heading for the playoffs. Better jump on ours because neither of your teams will make it next year, I promise.
