Castro running at Shea

Hey everyone. I’m at Shea Stadium for tonight.
The grainy photo attached is an image of Ramon Castro running around the infield to test his injured quad. As you know, Castro was hurt against the Phillies two weeks ago today and has been on the DL ever since.
Hopefully, we’ll have a full update on Castro’s health later this afternoon, but I just wanted to pass the news along. As you can’t possibly tell from the photo (BlackBerry’s aren’t exactly Canon SureShots), Castro ran pretty well. I’d expect the news to be positive.

“Castro ran pretty well”. I guess you prove your lack of knowledge about the Mets. Castro doesn’t run pretty well ever. EVER EVER. Bring back DELCOS.
Castro runs slower than he walks.
Barry, I think that what he was getting at by “Castro ran well” meant that he ran without showing any discomfort from his leg muscle and “For Shrek, he ran pretty well”...cut the guy a break, he didn’t fire Delcos…
