The Mets clubhouse here is at least 20 times (according to the clubhouse manager) as big as they one they had at RFK.

Four TV’s in the main room. The Yankee game was on earlier. Now the Olympics. Another one is running a feature on Brett Favre.

Carlos Beltran is at a table drawing on a bat with a Magic Marker.

David Wright just held court with us about visiting Walter Reed. Wright also talked about trading text messages with Dallas Clark. The two met this year when the Mets were at Wrigley.

Jose Reyes is playing with his iPhone. … John Maine is reading a newspaper. … Carlos Delgado was chomping on some grapes.

They are a few minutes from taking BP.

Why is a TV station running a feature on Brett Favre? What has he done this summer to warrant this?
