what is that!?
No Tatis again!!?!? And Schneider!?
Yeah Jerry, I see you're really rewarding your players, everytime Castro hits a home run he's rewarded with the PINE! FTW!
Maine is a fly ball pitcher. With Marlon in LF that is a potential disaster .
Welcome back to the clean up spt Delgado. Enjoy it while it lasts, that spot should belong to David
Nick: just having Marlon in the outfield is a disaster
JD – Well the mets are struggling again, but your Yankees are playing very well, that must have you excited. We know that you think the Mets are making the playoffs, (you reminded us you picked them in the beginning of the season after every win of the streak) however, what is your prediction for the Yankees?
You are so right. Marlon is a potential disaster in LF no matter who is pitching. Tatis HAD a hot bat but Jerry may manage to bench him into a slump.
As much as I want Castro in the lineup at least there is some logic in sitting him tonight as there is a day game scheduled for tomorrow . If you are going to rest tonight's catcher tomorrow it makes sense to start Castro tomorrow against the LH and Schneider tonight against the RH
Bob: Mets have won 14 of their last 19 games. I really don't consider that struggling. At the start of the season I picked the Mets to win the division. I picked the Yankees to miss the playoffs. I still think both will happen.-JD
JD: The mets have lost 3 of 4, including a 6 run 9th inning bullpen imposion last night, if thats not struggling, what is?
Bob: Just trying to stay positive my friend.-JD
