Wow that Omar is a clever one with that misinformation. I’m sure that the belief that Pagan would miss the rest of the season drastically altered the plans of the GMs around the majors.

Concussions are pretty mysterious even with full disclosure. I just wish they’d have him examined by a concussion expert and then let the media have a press conference with the expert.
What I don’t get about the Church situation is the issue of him playing. Is it the belief of experts that he would have recovered more quickly if he had not played? Also what do the experts say about the airplane flight? Airplane cabins are pressurized to be normal. Do they believe that the flight exacerbated the damage or slowed his recovery?
