Castillo could go on DL

July
2

Luis Castillo’s sore left thigh will keep him out of the starting lineup tonight and might land him on the disabled list.

“I can’t play for two games and rest for three,’’ Castillo said.

Castillo anticipates sitting for a couple of games before trying again. If that doesn’t work, Castillo said he anticipates going on the disabled list.

put him on the 15 day dl.

put him on a yoga stretching regimen with various strengthening regimen.

saw some program where they said his knee problems went to a thigh then to his back.

so give him 2 weeks off and let him heal while fixing his body. he can come back after the break. easley is playing better anyway
