JD,
Is Castillo’s knees hurting him again? Why isn’t he in the lineup?
Castillo is hitting .188 against Haren, and it’s a day game after a night game, so it makes sense….
John, are there any plans to give D-Wright a day off anytime soon? The guy looks exhausted…
Why isn’t Chris Aguila playing today? Tatis and Endy are not hitting. This makes no sense to me at all.
fox sports says willie could be in trouble again asap. the reason for not playing agulla is he is not one of willies big boys.. they need a big outfield bat asap baroid anyone…
Just a day off for Castillo. Day game after a night game.-JD
Please ,enough of this Tatis guy, this is ridiculous, the guy cant play, why does Willie keep sending this guy out there, this lineup makes me sick.
Jeff,
Baroid = not gonna happen, hopefully you were being sarcastic.
yes i was.. but my 7 yr olds farm team has better hitter than tatis
jeff,
I read that story by by Ken Rosenthal and the most intriguing
thing I got out of it was a scout saying,
“The players have the look of, ‘Hurry up, let’s get this over with. If you’re going to fire him, fire him,’” says one rival scout who saw the Mets this week.
“There’s not the desire to save the guy’s job. They realize the guy is going to go. It’s like, ‘Hurry up, let’s turn the page.”
The worst part about Tatis being in the lineup is his defense, the guy could be the worst outfielder on our roster. Every ball that’s hit to him is an adventure, I’m sure Santana must be thrilled to have such a great defense behind him today.
“Billy should let Mikey punch him in the face for that waste of time last night.” – quoted by myself
...Santana is just going to have to get in line behind Mikey and the rest of them. Either that or take turns holding him down.
Seriously..I know Billy did not want that to happen but man it hurts.. Especially since I stayed up to listen to the game after working 8 long grave hours…
Has Billy managed to piss off every starter this season?
Lets check
Santana? Check- He did that yesterday, Blown Save
Pelfrey? Check- He did that the day before, Blown Save
Martinez? Check- He Did that in SD, Blown Save
Perez? Check- He ran did that during the Pitts series, Running mouth
Maine? Not yet from what I know. but we are not even at the ASB yet..so there is still time.
Never walk with your back to those guys.
Whoa wait a minute I guess he pulled a BS vs COL when OP was on the hill…(I was On vacation when that one happened)
Looks like OP has two reasons to be pissed at Billy. damn.
As much as I like Billy’s fire, I still blame him largely for the whole last years collapse when he blew a few saves towards the end there.
