Yuck. They really need another OF, so they can sit Delcado against a lefty and play Easley at 1st. Or a BU 1B, but this bench just ain’t working.
I keep looking at today’s starting line up hoping to see Mike Davis at first base. Speaking of Mets “first round draft picks whose fathers were mediocre Yankee players” it didn’t work out in 1985 when the Mets selected Roger Repoz’s son Craig. Never made it past AA Jackson.
