Chris' mom passed away last year, and this marks his first Mother's Day without her. And that's bringing up a lot of good memories for Chris. Incidentally, there happens to be a baseball game taking place in front of Chris -- and it's his job to provide color commentary about it -- but, gosh darn, it's all about those vague, undefined (yet, curiously happy) memories today.
