		<description>Before this season started, I really thought that the Mets couldn't afford NOT to resign Oliver.  Last year, he was more good than bad.  The start to this season makes me think that he can't even be consistent from season to season, let alone game to game.  I reserve judgment for the end of the season, but right now I can't see giving him a lot of years and big money.  I would rather suffer the short term consequences without him.</description>
