I have a fubby feeling we should have sent Smith to the minors and kept Brian Stokes who I thought was a great addition to the pen. Either way… LETS GO METS!

  2. Joe D

please replace fubby with funny, lol.

On second thought leave it in there…

So whats the deal with Jose Valentin?

Also Gustavo Molina and Robinson Cancel, they can be staying in big league camp, right?

  4. sloppy

league camp is over, done, closed for the season…...

yea sloppy, that should read 'they can't be'

minor league camp is still in effect until their seasons start on April 3rd. And there will be extended ST for the injured and those who dont make full season rosters.

Hey John Delcos, if you want a good project for yourself (OK for us!), can you piece together a depth chart for the Mets? Something that includes the replacements in AAA?

  7. sloppy

    Nate You are correct…..

  8. scoopcoop

stick, it won't take long to make up a depth chart. Maybe about 5 minutes b/c there is no depth.

i caught a game last year down in st. lucie and all i have to say is watch out for eric brown…hes a big tall righty who has a major league slider…he's probably going to be up in AA this year and i wouldnt be too surprised if we saw him as a late season call up for a spot start or two.

Mets Poll
The perjury charges are adding up for Barry Bonds. Barring a miracle, all indications are he used steroids. Assuming this plays out where he's guilty, I believe Selig should place an asterisk to Bonds' HR totals. Agree or disagree?
