Pedro Martinez completed his final spring training tune-up this morning, throwing 80 pitches in six innings in a minor league intra-squad game.
Martinez is scheduled to start the second game of the season at Florida.
Coming off shoulder surgery, Martinez made only five starts last year. He took it slowly this spring and said he’s healthy, and that if he remains healthy, “things will happen.”

Sounds like Pedro's ready for the season. Lets hope he can dominate some major league batters.
