Ramon Castro felt discomfort in his right hamstring while testing it running the bases.
“I felt something,” Castro said. “(On Monday), I felt something but was able to finish. This time I couldn’t.”
Castro did not discount the possibility of opening the season on the disabled list. The beneficiary would be Raul Casanova, who homered yesterday off Tim Hudson.

Can't wait to hear from the rose colored glasses how great he is.. And if that's the case we didn't need to get Schneider…..
Wish we played for real today, then we could fight about baseball like the A's and Sox fans are doing tonute,,,, instead we're fighting about types of stats, statements about brains, etc… I'm not knocking it, i'm a part of it, but watching a real game with real intensity and fighting about that is a heck of a lot better. Can you imagine a Met getting thrown out on the bases in the 10th inning, like that A's kid…...Man would it be loud here!!!!!
