  1. Shea It Ain't So

This game is as pointless as listening to willie’s postgame interviews, so the chances of me caring enough to pay attention: 0%

well it is nice that Chavez is getting back into games, and Nelson Figueroa could be more relivent than people realize right now. But yea, they could have at least included some prospects to make it a tad interesting. I guess thats the tradeoff for the injured coming back.

OT – how did Pedro do today? When will he actually pitch in a game?

JD: I’m watching the game and I see John Marzano is commentating for MLB. If you see him ask him if he left the Phillies. For those who haven’t heard him , he is brutally honest with his opinions. He roots but he doesn’t make excuses….....

Nelson Figueroa looks like he has the potential to be the Lima/Lawrence of 2008….....

  6. sloppy

    Marzano had a Pedro/Beltran update…

Pedro pitched 59 pitches gave up 1 run and 4 hits, and Beltran went 2 for 7 against Pedro.

  7. Mr Met

    Hey John,

Could you tell me if there is any truth at all to this rumor floating around:

‘The Mets have contacted everyone on their media distribution list announcing a surprise. Team officials advised the press to be at Shea Stadium at 10 a.m. on Thursday, although they won’t say any more until Wednesday.’

It’s from a fellow Mets fan, but someone I have always known to be credible.

    Thanks.
