Early morning notes:
-LHP Jason Vargas is back from the hip doctor in Philly. He got an injection and is back to work.
-LHP Adam Bostick was optioned to Triple-A New Orleans.
-RHPs Robert Parnell, Eddie Kunz, Juan Padilla, Andy Cavazos, Brant Rustich and Ivan Maldonado; LHPs Jonathan Niese and Ryan Cullen; catchers Salomon Manriquez and Mike Nickeas; INF Anderson Machado; and OF Ben Johnson were re-assigned to the minor league camp.

They couldn’t find a hip doctor in all of Florida or NYC?
You would think with all the old people that move to Florida, there would be hip doctors in abundance.
Couldn’t Vargas and Johnson be reassigned to the Long Island Ducks or… possibly a developmental league in the Czech Republic, instead?
I definitely don’t wanna see those disasters again.
Does Vargas have a different doc than Delgado?
