-Moises Alou complained of discomfort in his right groin area after the game two days ago and went to New York today for a MRI. The Mets expect the results tomorrow.

-Left-hander Jason Vargas has a sore left hip and went to Philadelphia to see a specialist.

Apparently, the airlines must have had a two-for-one special.

    The second you hear Minaya mumble two weeks you can expect to see Alou around the All Star Break.
