Nice showing by Jonathan Niese. No runs or hits, and three strikeouts in two innings.
Willie Randolph has been saying good things all spring about Niese and I’m sure he will today.

Niese was just interviewed by Kevin Burkhardt – I'm enjoying actually seeing the field, the players etc. and that play by David Wright was great.
I must have been away from baseball too long, though – now there are DHs on the National League teams???
