It is a good thing that he has most of the velocity at this point of spring training. The next question is "Does he have the movement he used to have in 2006?" First time out, he is throwing 90 mile an hour which is good. It takes time to build your arm up to max out the fastball. Looking good so far, keep it up Duaner.
