I am wondering if you’ve received your refund from ordering playoff tickets. I received one letter and would like to know if that is an aberration or a trend. Your feedback is appreciated on this.
I got my refund shortyl after the season.
I got mine too
Interesting. I haven’t gotten my refund yet. I called the box office a week or so ago and they said it should be within a month, so that’s another 2 weeks. I was a Saturday Plan holder not a Season Ticket holder—don’t know if that makes a difference.
To DK: I don’t know if there’s a difference or not. I wouldn’t think so. Sometimes they’ll credit what you owe for the next season’s tickets. Check to see if they’ve done that.-JD
I am a Sunday plan holder. I just got a letter yesterday asking if I wanted to put my money towards next year’s tickets or get a refund in full. I wish they could give a refund for the money I put toward the regular season as well!
For the people who got refunds and ordered playoff tickets online, were you also refunded the rediculous $12 per ticket service charge? My dad paid for them, so I don’t know if he was refunded yet; it probably depends on when his credit card statement comes in.
When I spoke to them (and in the letter that accompanied the tickets) they said that all applicable fees would be refunded as well.
Mets Seven Pack Plan holder. I received refund last week. Thought the refund process was fair.
Received partial refund. The tickets I purchased in winning the lottery for NLDS were refunded first week of October but the tickets that came with the Sunday ticket plan have not been refunded yet.
I was refunded the full amount I had paid. Every cent.
Damn, I wish I didnt have that money.
