Is Washington starting a lefty? If not, shouldn’t Greene be getting the start? He’s only batting around .400 this month.
I don’t know what Willie’s thinking going with Gomez. It’s the wrong time of the reason to be making a point to a young player. Heck, if that’s what he’s doing, then he should have yanked Reyes a few times lately. Of course that’s insane….just like playing Gomez or Lastings is.
