-Billy Wagner is available tonight. He’s been going through a dead arm period.

-Luis Castillo expects to play tomorrow in Philly. He has a sore right knee.

-Endy Chavez went to Double-A Binghamton today for a rehab game.

-Chavez and Paul Lo Duca will be in Philadelphia. Expect Lo Duca to be activated from the DL Monday and Chavez on Tuesday. The figured swap-out moves are Lo Duca for Sandy Alomar and Chavez for Monday’s starter Brian Lawrence.

-Carlos Delgado to sit against left David Wells tonight with Jeff Conine to play first.

    JD: Thanks for the updates. Do you hear anything about how Castro is progressing?

    I saw on the minor league web site that Endy went hitless and left the game before it ended. Mulvey had a big K day in 6 innings with 10 ks. The B Mets won in 14.

  3. Jeff

    Mulvey will probably become a fixture next year mid-way through the year. Figuring he’ll start 2008 in AAA-New Orleans and the Mets will bring him up later in the season-depending on how well he does in N.O.
