The thing that stands out most for me is “Aaron Heilman.”:http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/profile?statsId=7065 I can live with Billy Wagner blowing a save. He’s been so good all year and was due for a bad stretch.
Carlos Delgado? At his current pace, Delgado will hit 24 homers and drive in 90 runs, which is far below his career averages. I’m not all that concerned about Delgado for a couple of reasons: 1) I’ve already accepted this is a lost year for him so I don’t have any expectations, 2) his timing is off from the knee injury.
I ‘m not concerned with Tom Glavine, either. This was a bad game in a good year.
