This is a problem, Mets are showing their warts in the C position without Castro and LoDuca. Mets should be very careful to dismiss Duca for 08 with the less than stellar availability next off season. Omar pretty much dismissed LoDuca in 08 on the FAN. He only mentioned him at the end of a C discussion with Francessa in that he needed to see some big offense from him down the stretch.
I agree. There does not seem to be much out there for catchers and LoDuca has done well for us.
Defensively as well as with the stick.
