What do the NY fans want from him? He plays a great centerfield, pulls his weight at the plate. Oh, I know, he's not a in your face %^*%(*$ like so many other players. He's unassuming and does his talking on the field. Oh and for all those who start quoting me statistics, he's not perfect but I'm glad he's on the Mets and that we have him for another 4 years. Why not pick on a player who pulls a muscle while running to first? no, that's as crass as saying he pulled a muscle while swinging a bat. It happens. Give him a break. Not like we have a choice because he is the only option. His D has needed work since he first came up.
