It looks like “Paul Lo Duca”:http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/profile?statsId=6032 will get his wish and play this weekend at Philadelphia. With a half dozen cases ahead of him, Lo Duca said his hearing will probably come next week.
Of course, he could drop the appeal and serve the two games immediately. Has he given any thought to that?
“None,” he said.
The way these things usually work is for the suspension to be reduced. That’s why they are multi-game suspensions in the first place, so there’s something to work off of.
