Pre-Game: Shaking things up

Carlos Beltran is hitting second. In theory he should see more fastballs with Jose Reyes ahead of him and maybe better pitches with David Wright at third.
“I’ve hit second before and have done well,’’ Beltran said. “If you’re asking me where I prefer, it is third.’’
Of course, for this to work, Reyes needs to get on base.

Good, gotta break this losing streak!
Note to Carlos Beltran weve lost 9 out of 10….Willie is trying to jump start the lineup by shaking things up. No one asked you where you prefer to hit, just hit the ball.
Yea! Didn’t this happen once in spring training? It has always been my place in these debates, since the whole ST-experiment with D. Wright, that Mr. Beltrán is the perfect man for the job. So losing streak and all, I am quite pleased!
