Back-to-back singles to start the game off Roger Clemens, then three weak at-bats. What you saw with the Mets in the first is what has been happening for the better part of two weeks.

What’s left on Delgado’s contract? Since we didn’t sign a pitcher this season can we use that money to buy him out and trade for Texierra (or however it’s spelled) Yes, I am completely serious.
At least when Piazza started K’ing like this we had a lot of good memories to give us hope. Delgado is a black hole. I no longer care about what he’s done in the past, no true professional should be this bad for this long unless he is officially washed up.
