Hello from Yankee Stadium

I’m here … about to go in and talk to your heroes. I think the “too soft’’ issue will come up today, and definitely this weekend. I understand their thinking that the Yankees can put an emotional charge in them, but I also believe if the Mets need the Yankees to get themselves inspired to play, then they are in deeper trouble than one might think.
FYI: The Mets have a .563 winning percentage. If they play at that pace for the rest of the season, they will win 91 games. That should be enough to get in the playoffs, if not win the division.
Remember, always keep a good thought.

;-]
John,
I tweaked my hamstring this morning so could you let Willie know that I’m not available tonight? Thanks.
I agree that it is not a good sign if the Mets need the Yankees to wake them up but if it does I’ll take it.
oh and there’s only one thought a mets fan has..
Lets Go mets Go!
YEA: Carlos Comez is in the lineup tonight and Beltran is in the 2 hole
NAY: Franco is playing 1B and Delgado is the DH shouldn’t that tbe the other way around?
Now just win tonight and release Rickey Leede and I’ll be happy
Ricky Ledee is probably the only game-changer on the Met roster. He is one of those rare players who can change a game just by being in uniform. The Mets—and their fans—are really blessed to have him around. And don’t ever forget it.
Benny Ayala has activated the sacrasim sign At least I hope he has.
