In-Game: Not liking what I see

It’s one thing to get whipped, but the Mets have shown some bad signs tonight.
Jose Reyes took his time getting to first on a ground out and just now dropped a throw that could have started a double-play. Pedro Feliciano also dogged it in backing up third in the seventh.
The Mets haven’t played well, that’s no secret, but tonight they look like a beaten, dejected team. Their heads are down between pitches. They look like a team that is playing after a red-eye flight as opposed to a team that’s a few hours from boarding a plane.
