This Day in Mets History

June

Anybody remember?

I remember the post-game show on the radio, during which Bob Murphy identified the turning point of the game: The playing of the national anthem.

Why don’t you change the name of your headline to Met lowlights in history? Anyone old to remember would because it was a good team that had a rough series in Phi like last year’s team had there? Any positie history when the team is down????

    mel:
the Mets have always been a dynamic ball club. Thats why we are DIE HARD fans. Met fans are truly fans because why? most of the time our team wasnt the best but they played hard. when they were the best they got sold off.
Now we have a chance at being good and staying good. but it doesnt happen without a few bumps in the road. take it in stride.
    Lets Go mets Go…
