With Shawn Green to be activated from the DL tomorrow, somebody has to go down. Damion Easley’s knee will be a factor. Handicapping the others:
-Ben Johnson: The most likely in my eyes. He hasn’t gotten much of an opportunity, but hasn’t done well when he has.
-Ricky Ledee: He just got here and started right away over Johnson. That has to tell you something.
-Carlos Gomez: Nope. His defense Friday night will keep him around.

The easy answer is Paris Hilton. [You’ve been a wonderful audience; please tip your waiter.]
Johnson had been a bit of a dissapointment. The guy was handling AAA well after coming back from injury, and you would think he could at least outperform Carlos Gomez or David Newhan. Its looking like his window of opportunity doesnt have too much time left on it. He’s more of a backup corner, pinch hitter type, it seems.
nice one Benny!
How can you call Johnson a dissapointment already? He’s had no playing time and when he has he’s batting 8th infront of the pitcher.. He is recently coming back from injury and when he played I think he’s looked fine..
Ricky Ledee is a waste of space, and needs to get released
