Question of the Day: Will Delgado snap out of it?

I thought Carlos Delgado was going to snap out of his season-long funk over the weekend in Arizona, but he’s still having a rough go of it.
You would think by know he’d have hit a couple of homers by accident. He’s always been a given for 30 homers and 100 RBI.
Do you think he’ll right himself?

I think so and hope so, but you never can tell. Beltran never fully got going 2 years ago, Floyd never snapped out of it last year. Players’ streaks of 30 and 100 always come to an end, but hopefully not this year for Delgado.
HE ALWAYS DOES! -yeah, maybe this is the year he actually has an off year, but if you’ve watched him over his career, he always seems to have these funks. -The dude will hit .179 one month, then break out and hit .380 with a dozen homers in july, and when all is said and done, his hr’s and rbi’s are there. -Same goes with Manny, people always panic over these two, then they start mashing.
here’s an even better question… Will David Hasselhoff ever learn to eat a cheeseburger correctly? -sorry, inappropriate, mitch…
I think he will, he is just too good not to. I’m predicting he starts getting hot this weekend.
The positive is that they are in first place without production from Wright and Delgado, imagine what happens when they do get that production.
We may have our hands full with Brewer pitching this weekend. I think we’ll be getting Sheets and Capuano. The boys have their work cut out for them.
yeah I was a little worried about how our pitching matched up against the brewers too, seems like we’re catching them at the wrong time. -But who knows, maybe we’ll wake up and take care of business….and yes, I’m bored with not enough to do today, that’s the only way I can justify posting 3 times on the same conversation
No Delgado wont snap out of it.
He’s no spring chicken. It’s entirely possible this is the year he falls off the table.
Then again, maybe he’s still recovering from that off-season surgery and shortened spring training.
