Not only is Moises Alou back in the lineup, but he’s hitting clean-up. He said Sunday he was hopeful he could play today.
-David Wright is hitting second today and Carlos Delgado (.212, 1, 13) is batting fifth.
-GM Omar Minaya said Pedro Martinez and Dave Williams are continuing their long-toss routines in Port St. Lucie. The timetables haven’t changed with Williams maybe in late June and Martinez in August.
-Minaya also said Orlando Hernandez could miss up to two more starts. “We aren’t going to rush him,’’ he said.
