“David Wright”:http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/players/profile?statsId=7382 isn’t all better, but he’s not lost anymore. Five hits in two games is sign enough. And, this is a good place to get into a groove.
Wright loves hitting here.
“I love it,’’ Wright said. “It’s just a nice ballpark all around. The hitter’s eye is nice. It’s a good place to hit. It’s a good place to play. It’s just a fun ballpark to go to.’’
Wright is hitting .469 with three homers and eight RBI in 32 at-bats here.

John, I mentioned an a previous post about Wright changing his load/weight transfer. He is now taking a ‘step’ as opposed to the toe rotation with heel to the sky. does this attribute to his recent success or is this something that could hamper his overall offense?
To NCMets (RE: Step)
This is a timing mechanism and it has helped him. He said his problem was beginning his swing too early. With the step, he can’t begin the swing until he’s planted his foot on the stride. So far it has improved his timing, and that’s good.
