Two homers and a run-saving catch by Moises Alou. His miserable spring training has been forgotten. He’s a lifetime .330 hitter for April and promised in Florida things would change once the season started. He kept his word.
I honestly didn’t expect much out of Alou coming into this season but so far he’s been great with the bat and his defense has been better than one would have expectede for someone his age. Even at the age of 40, he’s still going strong. I just hope it lasts for the duration of the season but I guess we’ll see.
