For those who had today in the Carlos Delgado baby pool, congratulations. Delgado left camp for Puerto Rico to be with his wife for the birth of the couple’s first child.
For those who are relieved because this means he should be around Opening Day, you must get a little more perspective.

I was thinking about that this afternoon. He looked pretty good. After the game, he wouldn’t say anything about being ready for Opening Day.
