Not at all. Players are still getting warmed up. Their pitching really isn’t doing as badly as everyone makes it seem, at least not their 5 starters and main bullpen people, excluding heilman and el duque.
Reyes is playing great, a little rusty on his D but that will pick up. I mean I really don’t expect beltran and Delgado to hit this low all season, once they pick that up, we are in good shape.
Spring Training, plenty of time to get ready still.
...my coaches always told me you play like you practice. Not too concerned today, but they better pick it up in the next week. I firmly believe they need to get out of the box well, as they did last season. Things get nasty in N.Y. when teams start slowly, which causes pressing…..
