Just talked to a scout. He’s saying Burgos is overthrowing. He’s another guy to fall in love with his fastball. The worst thing for Burgos is to be clocked at over 100 mph.
“You never know what you’re going to get from day to day,’’ he said.
If he tunes it down a notch he could be all right. As of now, he’s a liability.

he needs to be sent to the minors and taught how to pitch, he’s still very young, and his arm is simply too good to give up on.
