Hello .. I am glad that I was missed, and I really appreciated the line about setting my clock to Duaner Savings Time. Of course, some of you were more forgiving than others.
I’ve been a constant poster, so if there’s a gap you have to know something had to have been up.
Truth is the blog system at our paper was on and off yesterday … and there was no internet access in Winter Haven. Three hours back by car and had a migraine when I got to my room.
Anyway, I am sorry and back on-line.

hahah
Welcome back John.
we were going nuts without ya big guy :)
Thank you … and it didn’t come out wrong. Your thoughts are very much appreciated.
Good to have you back on-line!
Migraine? Must be using the same pillows as Delgado and Valentin!
Welcome back John.
A three hour tour could have disasterous results. Ask the Skipper, Gilligan et al. To bad the Professor wasn’t along with you, he could have gotten you on-line with a coconut and some rope.
hahaha
but then gilligan would trip on something and knock it over right before they were saved.
silly gilligan.
Thought something might have happened to you, but looked at the paper and noticed you were working..
I’m so relieved to have been wrong about the DST issue. I was imagining the lead in tomorrow’s paper:
A misty-eyed Delcos emerged from the manager’s office seeming contrite.
“We come to Spring Training to work,” the veteran scribe said. “We don’t come here to deal with this other stuff.”
Delcos asserted that he had simply overslept. But the deeper issue is his commitment to the blog, which he acknowledged is not as strong as it should be. “I came to camp a little bit out of shape this year,” he noted. “But I’m feeling great and am ready to press my fingertips to the keys again.”
To Benny (RE: DST)
Priceless … laughed out loud.
