Willie/ Peterson are always saying that Pelfrey has to be all there - mentally and physically - before they are going to bring him into a big league situation. But what about O.P. Is he all there? He stepped up in the playoffs for us, but other than that he has been mediocre. But he seems nearly guaranteed a spot over Pelfrey and Vargas.
