If a teammate is dogging it, there is a time and a place to call him out in the open. Love this kind of leadership. Valentine just went up a few notchs in my book. Bought himself a couple of 0 for 4's with men ON:). Not on this level,but a MVP type moment for us last year was when J Franco got Beltran out on the steps. You have to think what he's just said is on the minds of all the vets, particularly Glavine, Wags, Lo Duca, Delgado and Beltran. God knows WHAT Franco must be thinking! Younger players would have just sat by and watch Duaner be lazy. Some young players might have even looked at this situation as a license to be lazier themselves.
