Walked over to Calros Beltran a few minutes ago, casually asked him, “how are you doing?”
He said, “Fine, how you doing?”
Before I could answer he asked, “how’s your neck? how’s your hamstring? how’s your quad?’’
Then he started to laugh … made me laugh … Carlos Delgado, too, who was standing right there.

I also love this new, relaxed, joking around Beltran.
