February 24: Injury updates: Lo Duca/Hernandez

Catcher Paul Lo Duca returned to practice this morning. He missed yesterday after taking a cortisone injection in his right hand.
Also, Orlando Hernandez now says he might not throw until Tuesday. He originally said Monday and that’s still possible, but he’s not so optimistic anymore and could take the extra day.
