Sunday night … sitting in my hotel room in Washington. Came back from the game. Stopped off at Fuddrucker’s first and ate in my room as I waited for the outcome of the Dodger and Padre games.
Then I had to write … finish plane reservations … cancel some hotel rooms … email my postseason awards ballot … Talked to a radio station somewhere out west. … Wrote some more. A busy night.
Turned on the TV and surfed. Wish I had seen the Jets game. I kept looking for a band to run out onto the field at the end. Oh, here’s a reason why baseball is better than football. There are no baseball players the ESPN talking heads call by their initials like they do the neurotic receiver in Dallas.
I’ll be posting a lot during the playoffs. Hope you’ll stay tuned. Going to finish a story on the Mets’ offense then call it a night.

They looked really good the last few days. But then again. Washington isnt that great.
