These are the facts about Martinez:
* He’s 34.
* He’s fragile.
* He’s had two stretches of a month this year in which he barely pitched, much less win.
* He is 4-6 after a 5-0 start.
* When he’s healthy, he can pitch.
The point is this guy isn’t the same pitcher he was with Boston. If he were, he’d still be with the Red Sox. This brings me to asking the Question of the Day. Should Martinez get the ball in Game 1 or should it go to Tom Glavine?
